The Positives and Negatives of Nike ID

If you don't know Nike ID is where you customize colors and patterns to shoes and clothing NIKE produces. On the outside it seems like a great idea, which it is, but there are negatives that are very important to the customers satisfaction. I have seen many cases of dried glue on the shoes. In Nike ID you have the possibility of writing your name and/or number on  the shoe. I have heard of many cases of the letters pealing of even before they wore the shoe. plus it takes around six weeks to make which makes sense because its a customized shoe. The last negative is that there are very expensive and if they are messed up the consumer will get mad I have seen it first hand, that is not good for business. The positives are that you are getting a customized shoe which is very special. even though there really only one positive i think it over rules the negatives.
